I'm looking for a banner design for my new business. I have many ideas but need help putting them all together. This banner would be used online and printed onto vinyl signs.
I have an almost complete logo that needs a bit of revising as well.
About the website:
Basically I would like a website that looks very much like this one:

What I like about it:
• I like the color scheme and would like to replicate that as much as possible. (Dark Purple, blue, green & white). I like the large slideshow, logo on the very top, phone number large and at the top, drop down menu at the top, and social share buttons.
• I also like that a blog has been integrated and that video can be posted on the blog.
• One difference that will be important to me is I’d like an event calendar on my homepage.
A Wordpress website would be easiest. I already have a wordpress event registration plugin that I would like to continue to use. I use Event Esspresso. So whatever wordpress theme we use MUST be compatible with the EE4 version of Event Esspresso. I can give you my login details for Event Esspresso so you can see what criteria is necessary to make the events run smoothly. Generally speaking, any theme that follows WordPress coding standards ([login to view URL]) should work well with Event Espresso. Some themes do not do this and that is where issues arise.

- Photo Gallery Page with video capability

- Staff bio Page
- Downloadable PDF capability – for waivers etc
- Compatible with EE4’s online registration plugin - This will be an important feature as it will be the main reason people visit the website. See criteria for event registration below.
- Interactive Schedule/ Calendar that goes along with the online registration on the homepage.
- Favicon with our new logo
- Easy access to Meta Data – for SEO purposes
- Cross browser compatibility – looks good on chrome, safari, firefox and explorer
- Google analytics - need help setting this up on the site.
- Live Help instant messaging plugin that sends inquiries to text messaging on my phone? Is that possible?!
I am hoping to find someone who will do revisions until I am satisfied. I will also need help transferring the website from your server to mine at the completion of the project. I need this website done as soon as possible. I hired another developer who was supposed to have it complete last week so I'm behind schedule at this point.
