Hi freelancers! If you have not heard by now, the video game app "Pokemon GO" is the latest craze as its gaming structure allows users to interact through the game while making them travel to various locations. I want to create such as app but for a different type of franchise. The features will be similar but will have some differences that I will disclose to the hired freelancer. It is a must that the freelancer has familiarity with game "Pokemon Go". The game will have mapped location features where the user's location can be seen on the screen. (See attachment) User will be able to edit their avatar from a list of traits provided by the game. Other features I will disclose once freelancer is selected. The freelancer has to sign a NDA before hire. It is also important that the freelancer responds to my post with the statement "Cookies are best with milk" so that I know that they took the time to read my whole request before responding. This lets me know that you will take the time to ensure that we are on the same page throughout the project as I hope to develop a great long term relationship with a good programmer. I would like a programmer with great animation skills.
