Build html website using Antler theme

Hi all,
Previously i started a topic on creating a website using the Wordpress system, but i think using the Antler HTML theme for our site would be better and cooler. But... i'm not an HTML expert. So i need a worker who can build our website in Antler theme. Based on an example site.
What we need:
- Someone who is familiar with WHMCS system and integrations (MANDATORY)
- Someone who is familiar with HTML and Hosting
- Someone who can think for themselves
- Great idea on how a hosting site needs to look like
- Listen to our input
- Hourly rates
- Work directly on our machines to easy guidance
What we do NOT need:
- High milestone payments (bad experience with that)
- Placeholder bids. What you bid is what you offer! Else we decline the bid
