Looking for someone to build a website for a new real estate company with ability for both brokers and clients to login and track the progress of their transaction(s) and sign/view/print contracts and disclosures issued by the agent. Would also like for there to be a dashboard for agent logins that shows them all relevant information (client analytics, sales history, leads, etc). Would also like Zillow API to be integrated along with MLS and IDX Integrations. Would like to find someone witha good eye for concept design, and is creative as I will need plenty of advice and suggestions throughout the entire process. Basically I am looking to build my own CRM software for my agents to login to via our website to view their dashboard. (details of what needs to be on the dashboard can be discussed at a later time) and I am also looking to build my own electronic signature software to be integrated into our website so that agents can create, edit, and send contracts and disclosures to clients via their website login and clients can view, sign, and print contracts directly from their website login as well. Lastly, the website itself needs to be created as well as there is currently no website to work off of, so I am literally starting from scratch.
