I am looking for a devexpress developer to develop a mobile app (compile with phonegap) and a website. The main focus of the phone app is android. Compiling for iPhone is a bonus. The site will contain:
1. One login page with "register" button
Note: on a mobile the app should remember the login details following first login.
2. One registration page form asking for a number of details with free-form fields and a few dropdowns. This will also contain a picture upload facility. On the phone, the app needs an ability to choose an existing image or make a new one using the camera. The page will also ask for address and on the phone, a "use current location" option should be present (though not essential).
3. One "search" page which will pull "search" data and display the results (no search form, the data will be matched on the server side and fed to the app/website)
4. One details page for a search result being clicked/pressed on. This will contain all details and a "message" button.
5. message page allowing to enter subject and text.
6. Messages/Inbox page, which will allow to see all messages. On pressing, the next page needs to display the message in question.
7. The main page after login will be the "search results" page. The page needs to also contain a top bar which will appear if there are new messages. On pressing, it is to take the user to their messages page.
8. A page which will allow the upload of either scanned PDF or 2 images by a user to verify their identity.
All the above pages are required on the frontend, using devexpress and phonegap preferably.
For the backend, the backend will need to store registration details for a user and return searh results as well as detailed information for users. It will also store messages. You may write the backend, though do not worry about the logic for the search results. This we will code or provide for you to code. Backend would preferably be written in php with mysql database, though it's not a requirement.
Following the above phase 1 of the project, we will be transitioning to phase 2, which will provide semi-integration with an online store API. This will allow a user to select a product from that store, pay using paypal or in case of android also using the in-app purchase if possible and select a search result for that item.
Can I please have a rough price for phase 1? Following successful delivery, we will discuss and agree for a price for phase 2 of the project. Please provide exact technology you will use for everything and a very rough timeline.

We would be comfortable a Hybrid solution for your service listing based app which would be similar scalable in both Android and IOS. Technically, a hybrid app consists of a HTML5 web app within a native ‘wrapper.’ This is a mobile app written using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, and then compiled into native iOS, Android or other mobile platform using wrapper technologies such as PhoneGap or Cordova. We are well familer with Ionic, Mobile Angular UI & PhoneGap.
Questions:
1. What will be the data feed format? Will this be done through any API, XML as well or only through CSV?
The data display can be done in two ways....
1.1 Parse the data from the source site and displayed directly on your website.
This usually happens if the feed format is either through and API or XML. A copy of the data can be stored in the database.
1.2 Data is first stored in the database and the site frontend queries the data from the database as
opposed to point 1.
2. Please provide a sample of the data feed. Accordingly we will need to design the database.
