First National Bank of a Coby, a fictional national bank for our academic project, is in need of a prototype website design and is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal. We are graduate students at Texas A&M University assigned with an outsourcing project with a budget of $30-$50. Delivery deadline is November 25, 2016. This website needs to be delivered to us by temporarily hosting for our review or sharing zipped files. Our requirements for our prototype website design involve: A simple non-functional website for our bank, First National Bank of Coby Simple but intuitive design layout Tabs with multiple links to other static web pages Working navigation through the website Compatibility with Google Chrome Out of Scope: Database connectivity Dynamic content

The website will be in ASP.NET framework and the software that will be used is an open source Visual Studio 2015. The database which I will use will be Microsoft SQL Server .
