Build a Website

the project is about designing and developing a website, actually it is not only a website you can say it is an online tool. This tool is mainly used by governmental bodies responsible about city planning and urban development, the tool is designed to help the urban developers that work in the government to get the citizens involved in the design of their public spaces by interacting with the architectural 3D models of these public spaces, by editing these interactive models in terms of example: changing the pavement type, changing the positions of trees, seats and dust bins ..etc. All these changes should be done online through the website then submitted to the municipality. you can find more details about the project in the attached file. After finish reading the attachment plz check these points here is some important points reflects my discussions with several 3D experts and web developers: - the interactive 3D model should be created separately via the program "Unreal Engine" and this is what i want it to look like in the website ( you will not be responsible about creating the interactive 3D model via UnrealEngine) [login to view URL] - the problem is that these kind of interactive 3D models are usually heavy so im expecting it to be working a bit slow in the website, but how far you could improve that? or what is my size limits ? like how many MBs? - third witch is the challenging part: to create such interactive model for each and every project for the municipality is time consuming, so the idea is to create a certain program or a code, in witch each file with 3D format could be directly converted to the interactive one with a specific library for all the exterior objects for landscape projects. (this part we could discuss it more at later stages) - in addition to that you will be responsible about the usual website staff : user registration, appearance ,making this interactive model available for website users and analyzing the results and data after being edited by users.
