Project Description The website should have all the functions of the [login to view URL] website…but look like a list website (eBay for instance). An intending bidder will have to study the above website and understand the scope of the website before bidding. They template will have to be simple and the website should be responsive ...that means it should be viewed on mobile devices easily. There should also social media features for sharing listed missing items on social media. Security features like SSL and Captcha based submissions will be used on this project. The interface should be simple and easy to navigate....the bidder should show a sample template for the site and other joomla projects completed. The site should have a top banner space and left banner space for Google adsense. Site visitors should be able to search for items without any need for authentication. Authentication would only be needed when a person wants to post a missing item on site or contact a user who posted something. Registration can be done using social media platforms like facebook , google+…etc or direct sign up on the site. The site should have a backend for the moderator…where he can make changes to the web content and also delete or suspend offensive posts. He should also be able to block IP addresses, send private message to users or do a broadcast and block users. The site should have three email accounts. Posts uploaded can be flagged by users who find them offensive to call the attention of the site moderators. Once flagged by 3 people, the posts gets suspended except if reapproved by the moderator. Only logged in users can flag or share posts. Registered users can also exchange private messages. Users can upload up to 6 pictures of any missing items. Site vistors should be able to zoom pictures by just mousing over the images like you have on eBay. The site should be able to display items posted in locations close to the site visitors location using IP address matching in a special place on the website once the website opens. Users can also search for items using criterias like date , colour, location…etc. items will be graded based on Item type. (this will be given to the winning bidder) There will also be an app to be designed for IOS, android and windows. ...the idea behind the app is for people to report any missing item on the go using their phone camera. It has to be simple and perform only the basic functions of the site like posting missing items and search for listed missing items. People can attach pictures to their listing using phone camera or pictures in their phone. It should have place for advert placements. Please direct all questions to inbox
