I need a new website. I need you to design and build it.
The site has many pages and will need to be tested thoroughly at the end. A data base will have to be configured and I am relying on advice from professionals to have all the requirements met and executed.
I have made a layout of each page with all the elements and functions (buttons,links etc) but I need someone who can use the functions on the screen, grasp my idea, change the layout to be modern, sleek and attractive. Also most importantly is someone who can start the job from day 1, not be taking on multiple tasks at once, I need regular updates, design style agreement at first and clear communication. I would like to see 3 samples of your work, and I prefer a solo designer instead of a group. Large groups have too many tasks going on at once. Signing an NDA and a service agreement is required
This is my second time finding the right designer, so if you don't fit my requirements, please do not send an offer, I need someone that can get this done, must be reliable, honest and dedicated
