My company runs a burea de change that buys and sells foreign exchange (FX). Currently we buy and sell US dollars, British Pounds and Euro. We sell FX or buy FX from customers by either attending to them at our branch, sending our representative to meet them at a bank if they request or paying the FX into the bank and presenting the receipt as proof. The Project The project is to build a website that offers people an online platform that allows them to be able to register on our site to buy and sell foreign exchange to our company. The platform will allow users to sell any amount of forex to us. Once a sell transaction is complete the amount that was sold to us will reflect on the dash board of the members so that interested members can buy the money that was sold to us. While unapproved users can register and sell FX to us, only approved dealers can buy from us. Users that are not approved will be prompted to make payment to become approved when they click the buy button. Buying and selling rates will be decided by admin and the front end will show users automatic calculations of the rate. (option1)  Deposit FX in our domiciliary account. (option2)  Request for us to collect cash at any bank of your choice (charges apply). (option3) Confirm order button If user clicks the confirm button and option 1 is selected the system should respond by displaying a transaction pending page and the office branch should be displayed. (Users should be able to see transactions that are pending on their dashboard) If user clicks the confirm button and option 2 is selected the system should respond by displaying transaction pending page and our domiciliary account details. when the user makes payment into our domiciliary account, the user will have to go to the pending transactions on their dashboard, select the exact transaction and submit proof of payment which will be a picture of the receipt and the receipt number. Once proof is submitted admin should be notified and then the admin will check the bank account statement and if it is confirmed that a seller deposited money in the account, the admin will go to the admin dash board, locate the exact transaction and confirm it. Once the transaction is confirmed by the admin, if it was dollars that was sold and deposited at the bank, the dollar account balance on our portal will increase automatically to reflect the deposited amount. If user clicks the confirm button and option 3 is selected the system should respond by displaying payment page. Admin should be notified once payment is made so that we can dispatch a rep to collect FX from seller. Once the rep collects FX from seller, the rep notifies admin and the customer is paid value for their FX and admin goes to the dash board to confirm and close that particular transaction.
