Calendar driven website with photo gallery

Need a website created that works off of a calendar (for booking purposes) which will allow members to schedule appointments on the calendar. It should also be able to display photo galleries, with both public and private settings. Site will use a MySQL back end for data and a combination of php/jQuery for the front end. Site should be designed in such a way that I can upload to any web host without issue. All database information will be exported into an SQL file for insertion onto the live database. Site will use a minimalistic design with primary emphasis on the calendar and secondary emphasis on the photo gallery. Should have the following pages: Landing page: with site title area, member login, navigation links, rotating mini image gallery, some rotating ad space, site announcements section. Site news page: simple page consisting of news articles in chronological order. Admin should be able to set time cutoff for articles (example older than 10 days article does not show…) articles should have a public or private flag. Private can only be seen when logged in. About page: simple page consisting of site title area, nav section, about text Contact page: simple page with site title area, nav section, text with contact info Calendar page: will show the calendar in month view, will allow member to drill down to a day in the month, will allow member to select available time slot in day view to book appointment. Members area: member info page with basic things like name, email, phone Member appointment history page which will show all appointments made Member private image gallery where they can view all online images Member private message area where they can send and receive private messages to site admin Admin area: view members, view member information, member appointment history, make edits to member account, lock/unlock account, send private message/email to member, update site information such as ads, site news and announcements Admin calendar page where admin can view all appointments, assign time slots for the days of the week, block out time slots where needed, make reoccurring blocked time slots, move appointments on the calendar to another day/time, add or remove appointments or blocked out timeslots. Admin photo gallery page: admin should be able to upload images to be displayed, images should have a public or private flag, images should have a show/noshow flag meaning admin should be able to browse all uploaded images but decide which ones should be shown on the public gallery. Admin should be able to remove images as needed from the server. Photo gallery’s should show scaled down images and when clicked on will show full size image. The winning bidder will have read all of this and understood it fully. Specific questions regarding the functionality or design are welcome, but you should have a complete understanding of how to make what I am asking for. The winning bidder will understand the project budget and not bid a higher amount (those who bid higher than the max budget will be ignored). The winning bidder will have good communication and keep me updated on the project status. Having a demo site that I can access to see functionality as it is added will be very important as I can offer my feedback right away.
