The part will be made in 6 pieces and glued together, the quote for doing the flat pattern is 80$ and i can get this done in 6 hours tops. I have past experience of designing flat pattern for sheet metal parts and this job is similar, the files i'll provide can also be used for CNC routing or laser cutting if wished to do so.
