IF, after I award, you make excuses that it can not be completed, you must agree to cancel and release all milestones. Make site with your preferred coding method. Landing Page "First View" loading time must be 2 seconds or LESS. Please understand "First View", as this is different that the 2nd time a site is loaded. The one page site will have a little header graphic, and another site embedded in the middle of the page. There will be text/graphic on both sides and below embedded site. The site to embed has told me I must use iFrames to embed. (I am not sure that is true), so if you can make it work without iframes, that solution is OK. 2nd page of embed site has a mobile camera function that works fine accessing directly, but not when accessing thru iFrame. You will host this one page site, to prove that it works. 25% milestone 1. 75% milestone #2. You will provide export website file and provide troubleshooting support to get working on my site. I will only give FTP access to my site. DO NOT ASK for full admin access. IF you can NOT do the work via FTP, do NOT bid on this job.
