Customize a new theme for shopify site.

I need a whole new custom theme for my website includes (homepage, product page, checkout page, password page etc) that revolves around the stuff that I like. (Fashion,Sneakers,Streetwear) The new template can be simple doesn't have to be crazy but when entering the website, the visitors must get a feeling that they're entering in a sneaker/streetwear type vibe. I also need my website name (simple custom logo) on the template that says "SneakerCop"I will provide examples on what I mean. Like on the home page, I need a section (Ex. [login to view URL]) That has multiples of selection that they can click on and has different products in each section. My website is about a service that I offer which is Add to cart (ATC) I need something similar to the picture I provided of Collab website.. (PLEASE BE CREATIVE, DO NOT COPY THE EXACT FORMAT) I need a section for my ATC collection picture below of [login to view URL] design.. They have a section for Adidas Footsites Kith Palace Shopify Supreme Those are the brands I want to be added into my website theme template so, when they click on Adidas they can view anything Adidas related product, or clicking on Palace will view any palace related product. (I would need a brief explanation on how to add products in each categories as I'm familiar on how to do it on just a "product" section (one section) alone but not too sure how to do it on multiple sections) Please take a look of those websites to get an idea on how I want the design to be more of a sneaker/streetwear vibe. The homepage of the theme can a picture of sneaker or some short. (ill provide pictures you can use) You must guide me through on how to change the picture if I want to change it on my own. Must also guide me through on how to add this template onto my shopify page.
