It should also has the functionality to manage the work flow of the projects based on the states of the projects. In addition, it should also have a time and jobs management system which will allow users to assign times to different jobs they have been allocated. The system should also be integrate-able to the already built website. Here are my questions: - Can you please explain if all the users of your already built website should have the access to the system above, or some specific users will be given access? - Do you want that all the invoices should be created against the orders places by your already running site, or this should be limited to only the system explained above? - Do you want the new system as a standalone application, which will be integrated to you existing site, or you want us to modify the back-end of your existing system?
