Design a College directory listing page and College page

Hello, I am looking to start marketing my company to Colleges and Universities So I need you to set up a dummy page for the college's directory on my site and also create a Dummy page for one College. Once your down I will need a screenshot of both pages to be able to fit in my booklet. The point of this is to show the Colleges how their pages will look if they sign up with my website
1. Listing page of how all the Colleges will look on the listing page
2. Design a layout of how the Colleges page will look. So the customer can see how their information would look like on my website.
3. The website name is [login to view URL]
4. In the section where it has Resturants For Sale and the others on the home page will add College.
5. Design the two pages with sliders and banners make the pages look really attractive and create a screen shot that will go in my booklet to send to the Schools

My site is in Wordpress
The design must be special and show the sites possibilites. You must design the page with in my website so I can share a link of what the site will look like. Please understand this must be filled with dummy text.

Text and more material and content

Take some areas of pointing out what this university page and add it to my site.. Or find a directory for colleges and let me see how it looks maybe it will be fine
