Design Digital Menus

I need to design different types of digital menus, Please find attached the two menus for each restaurant. For the first one which is the Capitol Breakfast, each color represents one part of the menu and one screen. The restaurant is more like a cafeteria and uses simple colors. I will attach the actual photo of the menu, so you can take a look at all the [login to view URL] free to use pictures o the menu even though those are not the pictures of the "actual Sandwich" On this one I am looking to use two or three screens since the breakfast menu will be displayed during the morning and the lunch menu on the afternoon. Feel free to use all types of colors for the menu and on the drinks section, you can either trying to put in attached to any menu of the breakfast or apart from them. Finally, on the pictures, you will see different signs that are hanging out from the menu. I Need a design for those signs as well they do not need to be very complex or creative but I need them on the screens you can either put them on the menu or create a special page that shows all the designs. Later I decide how to present them on the screens. On the second restaurant is a little bit more different. this one is a fast food chain, which sells pork and meat on plates. The restaurant's cultures is very attached to the American culture, so they have USA Flags all around the place plus different signs of the different routes such as route 66 etc... On this menu please use the logo and the pictures as well. I am looking for a very creative and interacting logo, and this menu should have the same colors as the restaurant, this is a very important part. Let me know if you have any questions.
