Design a Professional high quality HD page with some animations

So i want a design for my homepage which divides the homepage on responsive and desktop screens into 5 parts equally as shown in the attached image. But should look clean professional and have the following parts : 1. All the white lines you see on the image will have this magical lightning point effect as you see in the youtube screenshot marked in a circle. Each divided area with the horizontal text Heading would have an animation effect on hovering it. Like when you hover on Newtube videos text area everything else will get blurred/faded and only that area will glow. The area selected and text in it all will be hyperlinked to an external website link. So if you see 5 areas will be there on the screen and therefore 5 links too.
