Design a virtuell shop window

I need a good graphic designer who can make a virtuel shop window, which attract people to stop, take a look and buy. This graphic should be later printed on a A0 Poster. The mean theme should be "outdoor" and it should be later easy to exchange the goods, without changing the whole design. This virtuell shop window should enable people to buy our products via handy and QR Code online, but bring the products to the people in shopping center and city centers and is also for events, where we can sell goods this way, we did not have with us, because they are to large or expensive. The customer then can buy them this way, pay via paypal and get the goods direct on the event, or buy them on the event and get them shipped to his home address. We are primary selling flashlights and outdoor products, so this "outdoor theme" should be integrated in this virtual shop window. Next point it would be a benefit if the designer also is good in Icon, button and webdesign, so we have also some work on our website, the buttons and design of the manufacturer logos need a rework, so they better fit the webpage. Here we are looking for someone for a long term relationship.
