Design Weixin Mini App ~ Find excellent designer or weixin developer

The target of design is to convert pad version to weixin mini version. There, we only implement 4 pages The designer should design major 1 login screen, 3 screens for each tab, and error notify part for every input boxes, and confirmation dialog, alert dialog too. This app is one in medical and health field, and the design should give safety mood for the people and we hope it presents Chinese culture. It is better if the designer have a experience of wechat or he is using it now. I hope the design is unique and well-formed.
