Dynamic Web Design - Long term work available

I am looking for a well priced and efficient fast moving and fast working company to develop a new website for us. we are in it recruitment and need 6 pages, interactive home page with a flash banner rotating 5 images and data on the banner too, rolling client list scroll bar at the bottom, about us page candidates page where candidates fill in a form and submit cvs clients page similar to candidates where clients fill in a form submit requirements contact us page and a testimonials page maybe one other page, i need this done 5 minutes ago, unlimited designs until we are happy, english speaking and hard working as there is more business from this to be had. i need contemporary large stylish and slick designs to consider, we have stationary needed images text etc. there is a second website i want developed after this but that is to create a web platform for a new marketing venture, for now i want this done asap. payment we pay half once we are happy with the design and the home page is complete then the other half upon completion, if this is not good for you please dont bid or waste my time. also need the site device driven so it changes view to fit all types of main devices plus mobile site included in this too know what i want and i need some body to just get it done. 2 other sites work needed one during this project and one after but alot of future work available, for now please bid on this site.
