Filipino needed for full time illustration work (t-shirt designs)

I need a full-time (preferably Filipino) artist to work with over the next few years. He/she should be talented and creative, as well as someone who can put forth 10+ designs per day. I need over 10,000+ designs created over the next year, so this is a long term job. I will provide you with the idea of each design and you will simply make it, then you will upload the design to my google drive. I need to own 100% of each design. The designs should not be shared anywhere else without my permission. I'm looking to build a long-term working relationship with you. Daily communication is necessary. If you can create/write content for blogs/websites, that would be an added bonus, but not necessary. If you have any social media marketing skills, that would be helpful as well, but also not necessary. What is necessary is being able to provide at least 10 designs per day. I am paying $5 USD for 3 designs.
