Flutter Drawer Menu and Home List Screen Twitter Like) -

I need a Flutter programmer to design me two Screens

Flutter skills are absolutely necessary!

1) Drawer Menu (See attached images DrawerMenu01 and DrawerMenu02

- Hierarchical menu with 16 items and 12 icons

- 12 icons will be provided in .png format

- I would rather NOT use flutter default icons

- Each item must be clickable and open a dialog with any content.

- Header image will be provided in .png format

- App icon must be the same of header image

- All texts must be provided in separated strings. Please do not hardcode them into widgets

2) Home Screen (Twitter Like) (See attached image List_Most_Relevant)

- Its a twitter like list. Each item MUST HAVE: icon, author's name, creation date/time, message text, "like" icon and OPTIONALLY: message picture, 0 to 4 "pool" buttons horizontally aligned and a document download icon.

- Programmer must provide at least 50 "fake" items illustrating each one of the options above.

- IMPORTANT: List must be build using [login to view URL] (see [login to view URL]) since it HAS TO BE a good performance with real long lists!

- MOST IMPORTANT: List must emulate the "pull to refresh" and "infinite scroll" behavior (adding five new fake items to emulate pull to refresh on each interaction and add five old fake items to emulate infinite scroll interaction).

You must provide basic elements funcionality (buttons/icons/links clickable, fake data on lists, etc...). No database or server connection will be necessary!

Screen rotation must behave consistently

You must provide the flutter source files (dart language) and related resource files.
