Full website rebuild for property site, including data migration - looking at rebuilding [login to view URL] We are looking for a full redesign and build as well as a migration over of existing data. There are some specialised requirements There is something called REAXML which is xml format that we get sent agents listings from ([login to view URL] ) Agents use an uploader/crm/cms to build and send their listings to real estate websites We have an FTP for each uploader/crm cms that we have an arrangement with ( around 12 ) we parse that information with the xml files into our site every hour (this can be adjusted) so this will need to be factored in Features What we have on site now is minimum so to go from that for a start with keys being The information in the listings ( and its currency, with listings being current as well as the info in them) Listing formatted through search options (At the moment suburb, state, region, and lifestyle category) Look at sites like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What we'd like to see as well A geo-spatial search system, going off the distance to water as a new added search feature, maybe combined with suburb search could be game changing addition to the site for our niche. In this way we could accept all listings and have the geospatial always set on say 100 metres from the beach as a default to keep the niche in check. ( does that make sense?) Critical We'd also like to see user levels from free to subscribers ( for want of a better word ) and a value add for the subscribers over the free users. we currently have quite a few listings up for free which is good content which we don't want to lose. We have toyed with the idea of a better share of voice for paid subscribers and a series of features ( highlighted prominent larger listings they get as part of their package)
