Gigmasters & Gigsalad type of website

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to lock in programmer, we have decided to do something different. We have decided that this will be the last time that we will post this project on this site. Last time we opened this project we were with Scriptlance, then Freelancer acquired Scriptlance and our whole bidding process was screwed up as we were only trying to negotiate with programmers from Scriptlance only. It's that simple. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Here is the project: PROJECT: Create a dj booking site developed with similar functionality as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but different and much better. Some functionality may not be needed while others will. Basic requirements: php, ajax, mqsl databased, other technologies including web design as their will be design that will be required as we will provide you with the theme creatives for the site. We have already designed the graphic creatives for the most part in photoshop format. We will provide the layout for main page, profile page, search pages which may slightly change. For other pages, simply use the basic theme of the site and take it from there with our approval. The site will allow DJ's to sign up, created a profile account that will have a profile page, bio, mp3 player, and video player that djs can upload their music to, while at the same time allowing djs to sign up (based on different membership levels). Members will also be able to have clients become fans. Allowing DJ's to gain fans. Clients will be able to sign up, post a event for djs to bid on, look for a DJ by conducting a search based on various criteria (i.e. city, state, reputation, name, music type), view DJ profiles and samples of the DJ's music, or send a notice to DJ so that that dj can bid on the event. Clients will be able to add djs to their favorite list in their profiles for future reference. When both parties agree, the client will post deposit for DJ upon confirmation who will days prior to the event pay the remaining balance. Ee-commerce functionality required. Once the dj has complete the event: 1. DJ will be able to receive funds 2. The customer & DJ will be able to review eachother. Their will be certain membership plans and certain features based on different memberships for the DJ. Other Users: 1. Head-Admin area to manage all admin functions. 2. Sub-Admin to make changes when the Head-Admin is out of town or unable to manage the site. (all changes by the Sub-Admin have to be validated by the Head Admin.
