Design Requirements Key Information Conference Title: 18th International Cities, Town Centres and Communities Society Dates: Wednesday 23 to Friday 25 October 2019 Venue: The Ville Resort Townsville Theme: TBC 3 concepts required to choose from Thumbnail Event logo/icon for use in event app Email Footer using concept & images from web banner Web banner – Required by week ending 1 Feb 2019 we need a few hero images to go with some key information being date, venue, theme ect. of conference. Specs are 1800px wide and between 200 and 300 high. We would also be interested in possibly incorporating a roving banner, so that we could include a few key images (below) Call for papers - Required by week ending 1 Feb 2019 We have all information ready for this document. In the past we have printed this document on an A4 piece of paper which is double sided. We would like to use a downloadable, print friendly document for this information. Sponsorship Prospectus - Required by week ending 1 Feb 2019 We only require a cover page for this document to reflect the rest of the marketing information Registration Brochure – Required by week ending May 2019 We will require a colour A4 booklet of around 16 pages long for web (pdf) including 5 rounds of changes approx Low res print ready Conference Handbook – Required by 16 October 2019 We will require a booklet of around 12 pages long, low res, print ready, 5 rounds of changes included
