High End state of the art Casino website design

We are looking for a HIGH-END website mockup in html/javascript/ajax etc. for an online casino. All pages need to be fully working with effects like popup, hover, registration parts etc. As mentioned it needs to be STATE OF THE ART webdesign and of course fully responsive. It will need to be a design for about 15 different page types; Home page Landing Page (For promotions) Registration Page / popup Login part / popup Main information page Contact Page Games Page Game popup Page (When clicking on a game) Account Page (When logged in) Cashier Page (When logged in) Confident Gaming Page (When logged in) * Upload your ID * Deposit control * Access control Messages Page (When logged in) Current Bonuses page We have a few example websites of styles we really like and we also have our old design, so you can review this and see what information is in the website. At first it's only for 1 design, but if the first design is 100% to our liking we will give you a second job for exactly the same (Only a complete different design) job as this one. Ofcourse at the start of the project we need to discuss all details, so you know exactly what we need. During the project also a few updates and conversations are needed, so both parties are still on the same track. Please ONLY bid on this project if you are a high end webdesigner with many years of experience and also have a very impressive portfolio. We don't need simple template customizers.
