Want to build website/portal sell hotel rooms something similar to [login to view URL] with following parts:
1- ability to give hotels owner to list their property, add photos, rooms, amenities, descriptions, rates, promotions, location etc.
2- customers can book rooms, manage their reservations
2-1- customer to write feedback/review and option to integrate TripAdvisor review or other
3- travel agents can also sell rooms published by hotels
4- hotels who has reservation system can manage their: room inventory, prices, restriction, reservations using two way restful xml api (only this part needs api integration)
Notes:
a. I want developers to advise which programming language & database to use and if framework is recommended please name them
b. task doesn't necessary to include the interface design as we can have designer for unless developer is good at interface design
c. previous experience is a plus but not must have
d. consider multi lingual
