Improve look of a dashboard

My team works on dashboard designing using Power BI and Tableau. We are looking for ongoing help with improving the visual aspect of the dashboards that we create. Most of the dashboards we currently design have good functionality but are not very eye catching to look at. We are seeking freelancers to help us improve the look of the dashboard through creative use of colours, fonts, layout, background, images etc. You DO NOT need familiarity with any of those tools to be able to help us. All we need from you is a creative eye. The first project is to improve the dashboard in the link below. The dashboard is designed with Power BI (and another version with Tableau that's not posted to the website yet). [login to view URL] Specifically, I would like to see two better looking versions of the dashboard. You don't need to know Power BI but it would be a bonus to have some idea about the tool. If you know Power BI, you can directly work on my file. If you do not, it is simple to change the colouring and layout. Either I will tell you how to do it, so that you can play around on your own time. Else we could have a shared session where you can tell me the what you want to try and I will show you where to make that change. Given our current volume of work on dashboards, this is going to be an ongoing relationship, so I would prefer to work with someone who is looking for continued work.
