Improve print ad for an Arts & Crafts Fair -- 2

The print ad is in black and white, so need a design that conveys the message clearly and simply without color. It is a print ad, so needs print resolution instead of web resolution. It is 1/8 horizontal: 4.25 x 2.625 inches - I do not want to use the spiral image at all. - Do not want to use the photo to right of turquoise jewelry. - Please keep in the 30 year logo. - You could also use our regular logo - The 30 year and regular logos could be the only graphics. See uploaded file. FONT: The font is wrong. Need something that will stand out more, draw the eye, and is contemporary - says "art fair". ADDRESS BAR at Bottom: This is fine as it is, including the font. This is a standard format we use in our print ads. However, you can change it if needed to fit your overall design. SECOND AD We will use the same design in a larger, color print ad: 1/2 page horizontal 10" x 5.41" inches. Or it could be a vertical 1/2 page 4.917 x 11 inches. This ad has more space, so could use more graphics, or some kind of layout design that is the graphic itself. MORE INFO ON BUDGET & PRICE The price ranges allowed below in the site are too broad. I've clicked $30 to $250, but we can have the ads done locally for up to $250. We are looking for design work UNDER $100 per ad.
