All the pages should be designed and defined well, the forum page should have the features as people should be able to create a account by having a verification process in our site.(By giving a e-mail and valid Kuwait civil ID).
All the site members should be able to create topics or submit there problems or products for discussion. All the members should be able to comment and interact in the forum subjects.
In eCommerce part (can do it in a subdomain of this many domain and link the tab - if needed).
Admin panel (For me to control the total eCommerce) need a panel to create sellers, so that users will be able to post their products (as much as admin Allowed) we need a option to control on number of products allowed for each seller.
We need a good Layout for site if possible try to get Flipkart style.
Admin should have option to add/edit/remove categories, so seller should select one of the categorie while adding product to the site.
On eCommerce payment part need PayPal option and one or two options of Kuwait online purchases ( should guide what to get for that so I can get it n share ) and a small Guidence on delivery tie-ups.
Need security options like if any two customer reporte on fake seller the seller should be deactivated for Re-verification.
For both Customer user and form page user if we can make same then it would be better (if possible).
Should do all things offered, give sources file and other details after work.
Should teach to manage the features of site done.
