Need some simple editing of a current website. You MUST know how to use Google's Firebase App!

I want to emphasize that if you are looking to make thousands of dollars on this, you came to the wrong place! I'm looking make a current website look better. I have ideas of what I want to do. I am NOT a coder, so am looking for someone that is. The FIRST coder on this project took advantage of the situation when I STUPIDLY paid him in full and he left before project was finished! Not doing that again! HERE is what I NEED, and also listed, what I''d WANT to eventually have done! (meaning it is NOT a part of current project but maybe something whoever I hire and I can agree to do afterwards!) NEED 1)Reduce parameters on size of frame so pictures fit in without heads being cut off NEED 2)The Chat doesn't show up on the main menu most of the time. When it DOES show up, and you choose the person to chat to...most of the time the chat doesn't go through to that individual! NEED 3)The fonts seem "blah" to me NEED 4)I don't know if anything can be done about this, but all the commands are at the top of the page and you have to scroll all the way back up there to get to them. That is frustrating! NEED 5) Please remove the text in the middle of the landing page about why the website was started. It is not needed.
