I need someone to design me a customer charter

its poster size and I have all of teh content, however, someone needs to find free images which can be used to illustrate the charter, i.e. one the points on teh charter is 'It's good to talk' so an image of someone speaking to someone else would be good, I have a very good example of what it should look like in PDF format attached. Obviously I want it to resemble this but also be different. It also needs to be in a format that I can manage and change myself
