Need a website ( with 2 versions)

I need a travel agency website with two slightly different versions. One B2B and another B2C (just minor difference). WEBSITE FOR TRAVEL AGENCY B2B Inspiration websites : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need a website for a travel agency where other sub travel agents can create their own proposals ( and send them via email in different formats) with the following functionalities : 1. travel agents should be able to register themselves. Agents should be able to upload their own name and logo and generate proposals/reports on their own letterhead. The reports can be either sent to their email or downloaded directly from the website. Website shows products only after logging in. [login to view URL] index page should be ultra light. 3. It should detect IP and convert to that language automatically and should have the language selection option. Website will be in multiple languages. [login to view URL] should show the price in local currency as per the ip adress. 5. The sub travel agent should login and should be able to search tour packages based on a few filters like Number of days, region etc... 6. Price to be pre defined and easily modifiable in the backend with few efforts. [login to view URL] visitor should be able to generate a tour package proposal through the email. This proposal pricing would vary on basis of dates ( season) and on basis of number of people. While creating proposal the visitor should be able to have an option where he can choose to add the profit percentage from 0-100%. The report/proposal generated should be able to add the required profit to base price and to send the proposal on visitors own email in text or as an attachment with his own letterhead. 8. Agents can request to confirm their bookings online. ( Although all will be booked offline but booking request to be generated online ) 9. Once the booking request is created, we should be able to create a ticket and exchange mails through a CRM to discuss about the booking - CRM integration. 10. possiblity to send bulk mailers to all registered agents. 11. There should be an app and same functionality should be available in the app. SIMILAR PROJECT - FOR DIRECT CUSTOMERS - WEBSITE FOR DIRECT CUSTOMERS B2C 1. Client should be able to register themselves and generate proposals/reports and send to own emails or download directly from website. Website shows products EVEN WITHOUT logging in. but one has to register for generating proposal/report. [login to view URL] index page should be ultra light. 3.
