I need to create online streaming web application, where the user will have the option to upload his own video, or the video from any url provided. The aim is to give user option to create transparent ad on the video screen any where they want. The ad will have some offer provided for the viewers. Once the add is clicked a popup screen will come requesting for a phone no and email address. There will be a template provided for the user to have their own design however they want. The user can decide on which time duration the ad should pop up and how long it should be displayed.

Hi I have been doing this and I recommend to use streaming server like WOWZA or Red5. We generate multiple bitrate from uploaded video like 720p, 360p, 240p etc. Plz chat live for detail. Relevant Skills and Experience We also use FFMPEG for codec conversion and take image thumbnail from uploaded video. I will explain you complete architecture of this project.
