Personal Assistance Needed with Effect

We are seeking a recruiter to work for a period of 3 months, and with the possibility of hiring on staff, during a period of high growth at our successful cosmetics company. We are located in the Westwood area in a beautiful, newly renovated offices. this individual l will work closely with the HR Manager and be responsible to: Meet with hiring leaders to determine position specifications Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and to identify active and passive candidates, including social media Solicit and pursue referrals from internal referrals Support the effort to expand the public's awareness of the company as an employer in the cosmetics and beauty field Communicate the ABH value proposition for candidates who are interested in the job opportunity Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, and expectations for follow up from the recruiter Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews Conduct professional phone interviews Obtain approval for job offers from HR Management Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities Communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager and HR Requirements: This is a temporary role for three months which may result in a staff positon. We are seeking candidates who have a background in retail, cosmetics, beauty or fashion. 2-4 years of previous experience.
