PSD to HTML5 Responsive Design Conversion

To be clear please read the description of the project before submitting a bid to the project, i have try to set this project up with 3 different companies and the 3 of them have not being able to provide an exact version of my original design, i spent hours designing pixel dimension this website and it needs to be exactly as described on the psd. Do not take the job if you cannot pay attention to details, the dimensions, grids, margins, characters, fonts, sizes, opacities, gradients, all of this are extremely important for the ultimate composition of my website. I designed the Graphics on a 7k imac so i want to see the exact same results on a finished website without pixelation, following the exact margin parameters as my design. I will return and dispute any bad code that does not fit this detail criteria! We can do this: 1.-I can submit you the PSD ( one page trial ) you can try to show me your skills and your ability to code exactly using the same design then we can move forward and i will grant you not just this project but 3 other coding projects i have that i need urgently. 2.-I can set a milestone for 10-20US if the work is approved you will keep milestone and i can award you with the project. 3.-You will need to send me examples of extreme detail where it follows similar patterns as my original project. This website is for a client of mine, he is a musician, the overall scheme of the site is minimalistic, responsive, clean interface and modern, those elements need to stay there exactly as my PSD to maintain overall aesthetics of the design. There is a background video that plays in the background you have to make sure this is coded correctly for autoplay and auto buffer so users dont have to wait until it loads.
