Redesign my website

Hello, I need to make few change to my site design layout, following you will find few of the request for mobile version and desktop, that need to be responsive. 1. part should be dynamic, icon so I can change easily color, and shape. 2. need to be design pixel perfect in header and all parts even my design it's not like that 3. need to add section in the admin, for FAQ page, where I can add, question and answer + photo and url if need. place where I can mark thinks in the text (like sample I attached) 4. in the admin please give me the option to add photo in the about us page in the attached file you will have, jpeg and PSD file, the psd build in adobe CC and I coloured in red the important folder. 5. the script should be done only on the stylesheet file for design, do not us script file for doing that 6. mobile version please review psd file than jpeg and you will get the idea. 7. all functionality must be remain, please create duplicate file but don't mess the original until I will give you ok to update the original file (duplicate page name) the site build in PHP, opencart framework 8. more to this task, I probably need your help to change text in few parts I will send you the new text. file you will find in this link: [login to view URL] Thanks
