Simple project to build a website for a job search site

Description: I need a developer to build a new web application for a placement agency. This company helps the clients to create their own profile and cv on the internet and look for job. I need to have a website to display the user's profile as well as the available jobs. The list of functionalities/pages they want you to build is the following: USERS User Registration. A Form to register new users on the system. The user must provide at least: Login Password Name Email User Login In order to enter to the system the user must login to the system by providing his username and password Profile Update This page must allow the user to update the information entered on the registration. This only should be accessible to the users that are already logged in. CV Creation. On this section the user must be able to add the information of his CV. The information to insert is: Main Skills Work Experience Education CV Visualization This page should show the information registered on the CV, using a template JOBS Job Registration A screen to create a new Job Offer. The information to be insert must be: Title Description Salary /hr Type (Permanent, Contract, Internship, Freelance) Required skills Company Name Company Description City Creation Date End Date List of Jobs A page to list all the available jobs. When clicking on a job it should redirect to the Job view page. Job view A page to show all the information registered for a specific job Operating Environment OE-1: The site shall operate with the following Internet browsers: Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Other browsers may have limited or no functionality. OE-2: The site shall operate on a Web server. The most current database MySQL versions shall also be installed. CO-2: All CSS code shall conform to the CSS3 CO-3: All HTML code shall conform to the HTML 5.0 standard.
