Hi, We are a new Designer Jewellery brand based in Mumbai (INDIA) looking for a Social Media Manager. As our brand is new in the market, we need to develop our brand awareness and online reputation through social media and run periodical online campaigns. The right candidate will be passionate about online marketing, able to produce exciting and engaging content to share via social media channels. WE WANT TO HIRE SOMEONE ON MONTHLY BASIS AND MY BUDGET IS AROUND Rs 5000 (Approx US$ 100 ) Per month Your main tasks will include: · Create as well as manage to post on Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest & Twitter. · Must have proper knowledge in Content writing and graphic designing. · I will provide with the jewellery photos. · And 2-3 times a week i want just some random post related to the jewellery industry which you have to find out yourself. · Development of brand awareness and online reputation · Managing our content marketing strategy · Lead the creation of contents. · Evaluate the performance of all social media campaigns, with regular reporting and optimisation Required skills: - Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills -Graphic Designing -Content writing. - Able to demonstrate creative writing and knowledge of social media - Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, with significant experience in delivering successful social media campaigns - Strong creative marketing flare and a passion for generating new ideas If you feel that this role suits you please message me and I can give you more details.

I found hash tags and intimacy with the relevant audience is the key factor to increase engagement number. After that, content quality makes the difference. What I mean is, hash tag research and user nature analysis under your niche is also important besides content quality. If you have very good contents but you don't fix a correct strategy to post medias people will not react with your ig. On the other hand, if you fix a very clear strategy analyzing user reactions and hash tags people will visit your ig to see who or what you are and what you do.
