Update website: GUI change, backend PHP changes, simple management page for PHP/MySQL administration

I have an existing webpage with two parts; a PHP input form and a dashboard. I need to make a few changes to both sides and create a new section (management) as follows: Main GUI - This needs to be more stylish with the input form being smaller and generally look better. I’m open to suggestions on design. - Three Buttons/sections created o Add new contract (exists) o Admin Dashboard (exists) o Management (need to add) Management Create a GUI interface that can update sections of the MySQL Database and subsequent forms - Should be password protected just as the dashboard currently is - Able to add or change the “Agent List” - Able to add or change the “Lead Source” o Note, both of those fields have values associated with them that mathematically factor into creating the EstimateAmount and AGC fields Dashboard - Search, Export to CSV and Logout buttons should be moved to simple and accessible location - The main view AND the search page should have summary information – they should ADD (Sum) the values of EstimateAmount, ActualAmount and AGC (respectively) at the bottom of each column - When I use the search page, I should be able to export to CSV just the search results.
