Looking for a professional web designer to work on an urgent WordPress website.

We're looking for a web designer who can create a website with the same quality of Wilben website… look at how the logo appears once the website opens, then how the menu appears… also check out the other pages: about us, services, completed projects, current projects, etc…
The website you're going to create should also loads very fast.
We’re going to supply all the content you need (i.e. text, pictures) and we will buy the theme for this project from [login to view URL] and send it to you... If you also think that there are plugins that need to be purchased, we can supply that for you as well.
We have the domain name ready, and we can get a suitable hosting account based on your advise.
The new website doesn't necessarily need to be 100% similar to the example we gave you, but we're looking for something very professional with similar effects.
