using xtheme pro create a cv page for me with some other features and an inviting design

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. The main idea is it should be completely retina and mobile friendly using my wordpress and xtheme licence. what it should have: [login to view URL] landing page should offer a brief introduction about myself [login to view URL] a business style modern website cv when scrolling down [login to view URL] layout should be in a yellow, orange and slight blue style. [login to view URL] should be possible to via the navigation bar to go to my contact page 5. It should offer multilingual support that is fully seo supported if a language is translated that one should be used (for the beginning English and German are the main languages, i will give both texts for the sample later) 6. External services such as linked in, xing, Facebook, my company websites and direct calling methods such as skype should be on a small bar and on my contact page. without making it look crowded. 7. A news or blog section should be in the nav bar which links to a similar themed blog using the wordpress functionality. 8. the whole site should be seo optimised 9. there should be a button where people can go to a special login landing page which asks via a secure web dialogue(not browser) for a password and checks it against a list. 10. create a page that only I can open after entering the master password in 9. which shows me the option to create a new password and choose which of my cv things (certificates, diploma, files etc) are shown in a nice looking landing page. if nothing is chosen there all should be shown after the specific password has been typed in. if one password was used the server should send me an email with the password and the corresponding name that I gave to it. please provide a first draft of how you would imagine it.
