I would recommend to write the "virtual career fair platform" in CodeIgniter using the PHP OOP with AJAX and JQuery. Avoid any type of plugin or CMS like WP, Magento, etc if you are looking to develop a product for long term updates(An honest advice).

Hello. I was wondering if you could provide more information about what you are looking for. In freelancing and software development in general, getting a clear and complete agreement of what the project is at the start is pretty important to staying on track! I would imagine you're proposing a system where there are two kinds of user accounts: jobseekers and job providers. The providers would be able to provide text, documents and graphics that describe their offers along with some basic metadata like skill prereqs, topic of work, pay rate, etc. The seekers would be able to browse based on that information and be taken to some sort of "call to action" that would encourage them to contact the provider. Back on the provider side, providers would be able to see who contacted them (and perhaps analytics on who didn't). Does this sound like a relatively clear explanation of what you're after or are there things that are missing? Do you have any technical requirements? An existing agreement with a hosting provider? Existing systems that need to be tied into? This all sounds within the scope of what I do. I've been working in web and software development for over a decade and have a degree in computer science. That has given me a lot of experience on what works and a lot of experience in what doesn't as well.
