Wasted App and Social Network

My name is Ricardo Solano, I´m a senior student in International Business. I came up with an idea that I think could be very interesting, which would consist in creating a social network with a target audience primarily for students, teens, and maybe young graduates. The name of this social network is Wasted, so as you can already intuit is for people that wants to party or consume alcohol or drugs, and want to have fun. The idea is that with this social network you can get everything an individual might want when partying (and not only partying, but that´s the original idea), so imagine this social network as an all-in social network. The general aspect would be very fresh and ''cool'' as it is meant for adolescents, and in one side you would have basically different areas you can select from. I imagine it with basically the following areas: _Wall: This would be the home page and would consist of a normal wall, like the one used by Facebook or Instagram. Something easy but good-looking, where people can post phrases, photos, or whatever they want. _Chat: An area where you can talk with your friends _Histories: my idea is that you can post histories such as in Instagram, the only difference is that these histories would only take place on weekends. So the histories period would start on Friday and finish on Sunday, with the remaining days of the week closed. Obviously, the histories would also have filters. _Photos/Videos: Just like facebook or instagram, everybody would be able to upload their photos and videos, comment them and put them likes. _Cinema: I know it would be kind of difficult, but I would like it to also have a Cinema area. This would be like a mini Netflix in which people can just enter and watch a movie. _Music: Again, I don´t know if this would be difficult or not, but an area where people can select whatever song and play it, and also with the ability of making lists. A mini spotify _Uber and Uber Eats: The idea here would be that people can ask for an Uber or even ask for food with Uber Eats. For this, I´m guessing we would have to get to an agreement with Uber Company. _Mini tinder: To be able to meet other people using a map with your location and people near. The idea would be that you activate this option only if you want (it is optional). When you activate it, you can see who also activated it near you, and you can send them requests (with a picture of you). If your request is accepted, you can then start a conversation with the other person and agree for a meeting. As you can see, it would have basically everything in one single app. The idea, moreover, is that all this services would be free for the consumers. So you can see it would have almost everything, which I think would make this product very attractive. The difficult part would be, in my opinion, mixing all this in a cool and fresh way, with an interface compelling and good looking. It has to be a very serious and reliable product. The idea is that once people are attracted by one of the features this social network has, it will gradually also discover the other areas and use them. Now, I don´t really know what would be the budget for creating a social network like this (with its respective app for smartphones). I don´t have programming skills, so I cannot do it for myself, but I´m aware it is a project of maybe several months of hard work. So I´m open for proposals, suggestions, and I would like to also know the estimated budget. I will only hire very involved and passionate people that really believes in the project.
