Web design needed for today!

We are looking for an fast web designer who can create a single-page website for our company. We would like to have 3 proposals for the first step. We will compare the 3 and select one to make 2 rounds of changes to get the final design. After the design is approved, we'll want you to do the HTML and CSS for it. The technical specs are: - It needs to be based in Boostrap v4 CSS framework - Full mobile and deskop-fluid - Clean and documented CSS (we preffer SASS) - Transparent header to merge with the content (see example at: [login to view URL]) - It will need to be thinked for multi-language, so an button to switch from language to language is needed, no country flags) - Elegant and minimalist The sites we like as example for you to have a baseline are: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] The single-page website should have the following areas: - hero-area (logo) - who we are - our proposal - network - vote for us - contact us We will provide the logo we already have to use as base colors for the design, both in PNG and AI. It is very important to have the site ready for today, so we are expecting continuous communication and frequent status updates.
