The system will be the one to merge automatically and must be serially not randomly. With my understanding there are some features I will like you to implement. FEATURES:   1: 30% return of investment: this mean anybody that participant will have additional 30% of his/her investment. 2: 30% Bitcoin return of investment: this mean anybody that participant will have additional 30% of his/her investment. 3: get help IN 20DAYS: this mean every participant that have provide help must wait for 20days before he/she can get help. Because the dream will be lock for 19days but release on the 20th day. 4: 20% DOWN-PAYMENT: very participant that provide help must pay down payment of 20% of his amount he provide help with in 1-2 days after creating pledge. This is to help fight again unserious people that just register to delay the system. 5: PAYMENT OF 80% BALANCE: the remain 80% are to be pay in 3-20days 8: RECOMMITMENT POLICY* Participant must create new pledge not less than there previous Provide help and pay down-payment of 50% before he can be able to Get help on day 20days. And there should be timing immediately is on 17th day for him to provide help if not his account should be block. 9: EMAIL VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION: there should be email verification when registration and there should be notification of matching order of provide help and get help to the affected participant. 10: MINIMUM AMOUNT PARTICIPANT CAN PROVIDE HELP: The Minimum amount the system shouls allow participant to provide help with is #10000 anything lesser than that should not be allowed. 11: MAXIMUM AMOUNT PARTICIPANT CAN PROVIDE HELP: The Maximum amount the system should allow participant to provide help with is #300000 anything higher than that should not be allowed. 12: MAXIMUM AMOUNT PARTICIPANT SHOULD ALLOWED TO GET HELP: The Maximum amount the system should allow participant to get help with is #500000 anything higher than that should not be allowed 13: REGISTRATION BONUS: 1, Any participant that register and provide of #10000 to #19999  should be giving #2000 as registration bonus and should be lock for 20days before he can claim it. 2, Any participant that register and provide of #20000 to #199999 should be giving #5000 as registration bonus and should be lock for 20days before he can claim 3, Any participant that register and provide of #200000 to #300000 should be giving #10000 as registration bonus and should be lock for 20days before he can claim 14: IMPLEMENTATION OF REFERRING LINK AND REFERRAL BONUS OF 10%: There should be a personal link for participant to invite there love ones and there should be 10% referral bonus of amount the refer participant provide help with to the referral. 15: IMPLEMANTATION OF GRAND PROMOTER BONUS: 1,every grand promoter should be reward 5% of their confirmed provide help.  2: REQUIREMENT TO BECOME A GRAND PROMOTER*
