We have purchased a small company and want to replicate the old company's website with a few new functionalities. We need new data hierarchy and wire frames to meet our specifications and expected functionality, then full development and potentially future maintenance (software updates etc.). Old website here; [login to view URL] 1. PRODUCT/COMPANY MARKETING – create interest of products and collect sales leads for sales to initiate sales conversations a. Needs to clearly market the products as well as possible; descriptions, pictures, videos, downloadable product brochures etc. b. Anything which is needed to download (give away) should require an action from the client to register information (name, country, institution, email) c. Pop-up, chat function etc. 2. RESELLER PORTAL – streamline sales process, facilitate material transfer to resellers a. Simple FTP behind password b. Offer all technical data and marketing material about each product for download 3. END-USER PORTAL – decrease the amount of material that gets shipped in the box and to collect end-user details a. Simple FTP behind registration (name, country, subject taught, product bought, institution, email, password) b. Offer our e-books and experiment manuals available for download + sign up for news email function etc. 4. ADMIN OF WEBSITE a. Possibilities to change content ourselves b.
