We are looking website designer who has some ready-made templates. And experience on global business related web site design. 1- We will describe and brief our main work and speciality area. But the site designer must be experienced on business english and able to prepare standard business introductions (Organisational culture, quality management, core values, mission vision etc..) so good level of english to develop the site scenario and some professional intro's. 2- The site must be a dynamic, attractive, easy to surf inside of it by visitors, so must be no heavy, classic and rich-long text based as like as book. 3- Our sector has some news and weekly updates about business, so a simple corner on one of left or right side of main page must able to be uploaded by one of our emplooyee easly... (By persons who not have web design skill) 4- We have a bulletin board, linked to facebook/linkedin social media etc... but visitors must be able leave comments with restriction of contact data, email, phone fax ie. Every typed data must go to employee desk with IP info first and allowed comments have to publish on bulletin board, (please inform us if facebook, linked in page can be published in somewhere by filtering contact data) 5- The website must be multilingual where we can assist on french and arabic too (we are open for other language suggestions) We would like, the site language to be preferred automatically basis on country. Plus language options might be available at intro. 6- We wish to have every visitor's location statistics where we would able analyse and visit region, such north or south of italy, which cities of france etc... 7- The designed site must be unique, and copyright must be on us. Must be free for upgrades or changes by third party developers later. 8- The developer must sign and seal legal warranty about that designed website will not have any script, software, program, bug or back-orifice ie to collect today or in future any content or any contact data either from owners or visitors at all and also designer will keep all doors or possibilities locked secured without leave possibility for any hack issue either today or in future at all. 10- Please state how long time do you agree Upgrade and warranties on designed site?
