Website development / Choom v1.02: Add File importer Module

SCOPE: I’m looking to update an existing form. The website is development on PHP/AJAX/JavaScript/MySQL. You will have access to a test site for development. The project is to develop an importer to an existing online application (website). The module will require the following: Import File Button – Add an Import File button/link that will bring the user to an import page. The page should conform to the existing template and design. Import function – Upload and file into database. The importer should allow the user to browse the computer to select a CSV file. The importer will import 19 fields into an existing database. The importer will check for duplicates and only import new data. All fields have already been added to the database. All the work will be on the backend. Work must follow existing template style. There is no work on the frontend. Developer should have knowledge of PHP/AJAX/ JavaScript /MySQL/CSS. During the selection process, I will provide full requirements to qualified developers. This will allow you to fully understand the scope and determine if there are any issues. DESIGN CONCEPT: Following existing design template. HOSTING: Hosting is on [login to view URL] PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 30% - upon completion and approval of development 70% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
